I have a  2000 ZR2. its my daily driver and i love this truck. I used to own a '99 silverado Z/71 with a 5.3 vortec. I would love to put a 5.3 in my ZR2 but i was wondering if anyone makes a kit for this or if there is ANY aftermarket support at all. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

do a google search dude
people do v8 s10 swaps all the time
i also have 2000 zr2 and yes it would be cool to have a 5.3 in it
it seems that the 93 and older body style is easier for doing v8 swaps but the 94 and up body style is definatly doable
current performance actually specializes in s10 v8 swaps so contact them theyve got a website
im pretty sure they have motor mounts but there specailty is wiring which will be a pretty big deal with a 5.3 engine

the real problem is goin to be the rest of your drivetrain you might just be better off getting the complete drivetrain out of like a 99 and up z71

the s10 stuff isnt heavy duty enough to handle the v8 power long
