Okay, here is what I have. I have a 89- 94 Toyota pickup frame, a 4.0 liter Toyota V6, a 89-94 cab and bed, and I have the tools and a shop to get down and dirty in. The plan is to put a Toyota solid axle under it, locate a six speed manual tranny and transfer case for it, put in some lower gears (4.88 or 5.29), and run 36" Super Swampers. The question is do I need to try and find a donor truck to get the axle and leaf spring mounts or should I just order the hanger kit from All Pro Offroad or a similar company. The truck will be lifted so I do not need the stock springs as I plan on buying lift springs, but I will be able to see the mounting points and also use the steering box too. I would like to use the frame I have as it is in excellent condition and it is also a bare frame so I can modify it as I see fit. What do you think the best way to go would be? I also have the computer and wire harness for the engine so all I need is to make the ignition system work and put in some gauges. If I have missed something also let me know.

Just order the parts from AllPro, it will make life so much easier.

Sounds like a wicked cool project by the way, let us know how it goes!
