ok i have a 04 4x4 tacoma extracab with 31-10.5-15 goodyear mt/r's on 15" ion alloy bullet holes.  i dont know the backspacing but they stick out some in the front. sometimes they scrub the middle mud flap screw, but when i take the flaps off it dosent.  so if i get a 3" lift i dont know if i can fit 33" with out scrubbing bad.  i just need to know since the wheels stickout some will it hurt or help me when i get bigger tires.

any input would help,  thanks

It will help you when you get larger tires. It will help keep them from rubbing on the frame/suspension.

Should be fine since you are putting 3" between the fender and tire and only adding 1" of tire height.
