Can anyone give me some help on a lift for my truck. I have been browsing for a lift kit but most say that they will not fit a factory off road package. What do i need to take off, modify, or a lift that will fit??

Where do they say they won't fit with the factory off-road package? All that should be are shocks, skids, and stickers...

any 1/2 ton ram lift kit for that year will bolt on all the sport package was is stickers shocks skids and differential gears

i asked the same ? besides the skid plates decales and 17 inch tires i dont see what the deal is.but they all say except the off road package. did u ever get an anwser

all that means is if u buy a 5in lift u will not get the full 5 u will only get about 2in out of it due to the fact that the off road package come stock with a 3in lift. I pit a 5in on mine and got about 2in out of it but it is worth doing do to the fact the that the stock one is not the best but it works hope this helped

its more then just shock skids and gears. it dose have a 3in lift for the factory its not the best but its there. i put a 5in lift on mine and it only lifed it about 2in from what it was. so when it says will not fit its just means u will not get the full lift

what type of 5in lift kit did you buy and install?
