Should i be in reg drive gear or 2 or 1 when in 4x4 low?

Whatever is applicable to the situation. What are you trying to do? How fast do you need to go? 4x4 LOW will work up to about 25-30mph, so if you need to crawl 1 or 2 will work good, if you need to cruise from one obstacle to another D will get you  higher gears so you can move a little quicker.
