i have a 01 ram with the factory off road package can someone tell me if the fender flares are factory i was in a accident the other day and i think the other guys ins co. is trying to rip me off he is saying that they are not stock and they dont want to pay for them

I don't believe fender flairs came stock in 2001. Got a picture?

They are not a stock option, I also have a 01 Ram 1500 4x4 Off Road
However, the ins co has to return it to pre-accident condition. If your truck was stolen or it was your ins co they might be able to say no, but his shouldn't
