I have a 1998 Chevy k1500 z71. The truck has the new rough country 4inch lift. The torsion bars are cranked most of the way up. Right now I have 305x65r17. I easly clear them. Can i fit a 35 with out major rubbing or cutting?

Yes, you should be able to fit a 35 with nothing more than maybe trimming the corner off or your front bumper.
