Off-Road bumper wanted for 1991 Ford Econoline F350

I have a 4X4 Econoline and would like to replace the stock Ford bumper. It doesn't have to be a winch bumper but I would like a receiver hitch and maybe some fig lights. If it's something close I can modify - the stock bumper is about 79" wide and mounts are 38" apart. Also if anyone knows a good fabricator in Orange County CA that could build one of these it would help.

Try any off-road shop in Orange County, they can all build you something.
Or look for a bumper for a Super Duty of that same year, should line up.
