89 k5 with 3/4 ton swap cv joint noise on drive shaft

i hear this noise every time i put into 4wheel drive. it only makes the noise at low speed and when the hubs are locked in and not in 4wheel. i have all new u joints in the truck. i didnt do this until i swapped in the axles. please help i want to go wheeling but dont want to be towed home!!!

yes i cannot figure it out. can i get rid if the cv drive shaft or would i have to change transfercase?

i am a dumb ass i looked under it today and spun the drive shaft all the way around and some how i am missing a u joint cap! i have gone wheeling 3 or 4 times with it like that im guessing. stronge u joints i guess.
