I think it is similar to a np205 but I find myself second guessing everything now a days.

What exactly is this thing???  Both of the shafts for the shifter are stacked a couple of inches apart, upward.  Isn't the 205 sideways and spaced 6 - 8 inches?

~HELP~

6:45 PM after another day with the FLU and runs, ugh, here are some pics with the case removed from the chassis, and cross member.  Note the twin shift, that is what is driving me the most crazy, What tha HELL is this?

Am I in the wrong place to be posting this?  Could it be that this is an oddball that nobody else has ever seen?  I would almost be willing to bet that at least 1 or 2 of the 60 people that have read this thread so far, at least has a good idea where to look or something.  I know it has not been quite 24 hours yet since my original post, but 60 views?  Is there a forum on this site that is for my needs?  I haven't seen anything elsewhere that says anything about being a trans and transfer case forum specifically.  Ahhhhh... sorry about the ramble, but it is exciting seeing that your post has been viewed, but nobody has any answers, it kills the buzz...
