PENNDOT and their healthy distribution of salt in Erie finally destroyed my frame. I found a frame off a 91 and am anxious to start my project. also on my sas any advise? bushings? shocks?big thing sway bar? i work at a parts store so i would like to grab what i need and go. I have found a million blogs on line quite a few using the 44 but still have questions. help me out boys

OK, first, does the axle have the diff on the passenger side? cause that's what you need. Then you just need to weld spring perches on top (assuming you want to do it SOA like a stock solid axle Toyota). And a x-over steering setup for a D44.
As far as the p/u springs being the same as Wagoneer springs, get on a suspension kit manufacturer's website and see if they use the same kit for both trucks, that should be a clue. Some even give specs for each spring pack.
