Figured out how to: 1) Increase oil supply, 2) stimulate the economy, 3)provide more jobs, 4) open access to public lands for 4 wheel drives. Pull up the interstate system, recycle the asphalt, and turn the rights of way to dirt roads. People will have to go back to the US highway system, Mom and Pop gas and groceries will prosper, and plenty of jobs pulling up the roads.
