I just ordered a set of Treadwright re-treads that look almost identical to the Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's and I was wondering if anyone has ACTUALLY USED re-treads from Treadwright. I've read alot of good things and bad things, but for the most part it's all hearsay and I would like a first hand opinion on these tires. Mostly I just want to know what to expect from these, if anyone has had experience with these please let me know what you think.

i havnt tried them myself but one of the mags i read did a full test on retreads and said nothing but excellent things about them. they are just like a new tire practically.

Yeah I've read a few different forums, watched a couple videos, and read a story in august 09 issue of 4wheeler and they all said great things about them. The only negatives I've heard was from people that haven't tried them, they just keep comparing them to big rig re-treads which from what I'm told is a totally different ballgame. I posted on here to find out if anyone that has used them has had any negative experiences that they could warn me about.

I have heard nothing but good things from people that have used them. I plan on getting them if/when I get a lift for my XJ.

Ok so my tires came in and I finally got them on my jeep, I gotta say I'm extremely pleased so far. They literally look like brand new tires, and the casings they retreaded are BF all terrains. They are pretty loud but that's just cause they're mud tires.

Well from the little bit of offroading I've done so far I gotta say they perform great. They've got nice deep treads and grip awesome, I've been recomending them to all my friends with jeeps lol. Just check out this link, it pretty much explains it all http://www.treadwright.com/Just-for-Fun/Videos/Video-Player/VideoId/1/Moab-Jeeper-Review.aspx
