In the book the people's almanac by amy wallace a college professor put black panther bumper stickers on some of his students cars. He had a lawyer standing by to fight the tickets. He wanted to see if the students who had the bumper stickers got more tickets than the control group. He had to stop the experiment early because all the students who had the bumper stickers were in danger of losing their drivers license. At about the same time one of the library journals reported a library placed a hidden camera to find out who was stealing books. The result was the police were stealing books that made them look bad. I'm at the university library in tuscon and a referance librarian confirmed that the book the people's alamanac was reported lost.

They also say the nine breeds of dogs that "bite the most." In order they were: The German shepherd ("police dog"); the chow; the poodle; the Italian bulldog; the fox terrier; the crossed chow, the Airedale; the Pekingese; and the crossed German shepherd.
Where are the dobermans, the pitbull, the rottweiler, and their mixes. I have been paying to much for homeowner insurances. Where are the chiwawa's those guys like bite alot to. My front bumper height is 38 1/2" to the bottom, but my rear bumper is only 34" (drop hitch). Great height for reading.

im surprised i havnt ben pulled over if thats the case. i have some slightly offensive stickers on my jeep. nuthing toooo bad though. there are alot worse out there. thats a good point about the dogs biting. WTF?

The source he is using was three books written in 1975 78 and 81. Amy wrote the third book. There is a Twentieth Century up date. Sounds like someone doesn't have a license that explains the bike and dislike of the police. Someone needs a little off roading. Life is short don't stay mad.

Oh yea... I was more interested in the books being stole by police part, but I guess that's probably in that book too.. it's been a long day... lol
