Is it ok to add EFI cleaner in my gas in my 2001 F-150 4.6L ? Does it help and how often is it required?

do you mean the octane boost? ive used it before and i cant say ive noticed any improvements. wen i add it to my tank of gas, i make sure its really close to empty and if i can afford it, i put the highest octane fuel that is availible in my area. the higher octane fuel will help clean your motor too!

it should say the recommended use on the bottle. i think its every 3k something you can do wen you do your oil change. i could be wrong.
