My son bought 10" rims and 315 75 16 tires, looks really good, however, turning is a major problem. He thinks he can die grind the bumper to make it fit. I forgot to mention that he put a 3" leveling kit on it prior to this. Any Suggestions on making this work?

well if it is rubbing, it is rubbing. You could put spacers and that may help, or you will have to start trimming things i.e. the bumper or fenders. That the long and short of it, or get smaller tires.

Being that bumper are little more than chrome pie plates in thickness, they will be easy to trim. Have you son save up some money for a tranny as he may need one after a while with 35 inch tires and stock gearing if he play hard with it. Going to be a bit of a slug too at times.
