I am looking for a pre-fitted snorkel to fit 73-87 chevy or gmc trucks. I want one that looks good, like the one on the red, 80's suburban in the movie Dante's Peak. I have searched safari snorkel's website, but they do mostly foreign stuff, no chevy's, and I dont feel like making one.
does anyone know of a company that makes a snorkel kit for this truck style. all i really want is the outer pieces, i can handle the stuff under the hood. i just like the way the safari snorkels look on the outside and i want something sleek that matches the body lines of my truck, just like the one in the movie.
if anyone has the movie and a dvd player maybe they could go through it by frames and possibly read the logo on the side of the snorkel and tell me who makes it. that would be great.
again, i dont want to make one, i want what i saw on t.v.
