on a dana 44 solid axle can you run coil over shocks with out running 4 link suspension if you have to who is somebody that sells stuff for the four link?

To run coilovers it would have to be some sort of link type set up. Doesn't have to be a 4 link, it can be a 3 link, 5 link, radius arm, ect.

I'm thinking of converting my 2003 Dakota IFS to a solid axle. What type of link system would be better?
