Ok,so I broke my driver side stablizer bar link on my 02 f150 a few days ago, this truck is a nice none lifted truck(fx4package with the 5.4 v8 in it) and the truck rarly ever sees trails harder then the main access roads to the trails. But I broke the link going throw deep snow and getting stuck(snow was probly 14 inchs deep with ice under it)It broke ether when I was rocking the truck(the thing would catch, twist the body and then slip) or when I hit a big rut leaving,I dont know which but I was kinda happy since this is the first time I've ever broke a ifs part my self.My q is are the moog parts still junk or have they started making them better again? And is there really any perfomance parts for this truck like intakes and exhaust(not heads or any thing since the truck just turned 86k and dosant need major work) and does any one know how much power I would get from the basic bolt one(intake, header, better exhaust...)The base numbers are 260 hp and 360lbs...
Also, does any one know how to get the gear ratios on this truck,it says in the owner manuel ether 3.55 or 3.73 but doesnt tell me how to check it myself...(my 89 has the codes right in the book)
Trucks...
1989 150(200k) 33 inch hawgs and a blown 302.
1995 Pathfinder(178k)and still going with 31s.189k and blown tranny.

old guys usually know a math formula that goes with the numbers stamped on the ring gear, talk to a gear shop before you change your diff fluid and they may be able to tell you, or they may even know your ratio.
