Holly 750 Double pumper problem

Is there anyone out there that is haveing this problem also, with a 750 double pumper. When up in the woods, up trails or down trails or hitting a bump the carb floods out the motor and is very hard to start. The floats are set where they should be and i have jet extensions. And I put the tube that goes from the front of the carb to the back so it dosent flow back into the carb. also dropped the jets 2 sizes for the elevation. I know this is a carb problem becasue it runs great on flats, any input or adicse would be great thanks
