Towing and ladder bars 84 f-250

Hey ya'll...I got a 1984 F-250 with a 4" lift and 35's. I have the block lift in the rear and I wanted to know if i can put ladder bars in to stop the axle hop and still be able to tow without messing up the articulation of the suspension? I'm currently building a 460 with 450 horse for my truck and dont want to snap a driveshaft from axle wrap, my truck jumps like a jack rabbit when i try to light up them tires....I also seen superlift makes those lift springs for the rear so you dont need blocks, can you tow with those? I'm puttin a dana 70 in the truck with 4.10 gears if that info helps any too..
