Will 315 75-16 fit my stock 03 1500hd

I have a 03 1500HD Crew Cab Chevy with stock suspension. I was looking at ordering 315 75-16 Tires on 16X8 wheels with negative 6mm backspacing. Was wondering if they would fit by just cranking up the torsion bars or if I would have to add like a 3" body lift. Was also wonding how you guys thought it would look with that backspacing. Wanting that full fender look. Thanks
