So im going 4in full suspension in the front now with 4-6in brackets all the way around. Radius arm drops and I-beam drops that fit 4-6in lift. So, RoughCountry suspension has shocks 3-4in 5-6in. One inch isnt that much so I think going with the 5-6in shocks wiht only 4in lift now and I think it would be fine when i plan to go bigger soon and dont wanna bust the bank to buy new shocks.

5-6 inch shocks should be ok until you add more lift
