how to convert 03 parts to a 95 ranger

My brother in law has a 95 4 cyl. 5 speed ranger. He found a totaled 03 auto for really cheap, said it is a 4 cyl. also but i'm not 100 on that. What all can get swapped to the 95 and what would it take to do it. The 95 is 2wd and i'm not sure if the 03 is 2wd or 4wd, if the frame is straight, will the 95 body bolt up???
