CHEVY 2500HD four wheel drive

I have a 2004 Chevy 2500HD and the four wheel drive stopped working. I have changed the front bearings and hubs and the transfer case locks in. I know I am missing something but can not figure it out. Thinking its electrical. If someone has any idea as to what it might be please help.
