Tin top?

Ok, i've been checkin out some samurai's. now that i have some playin around money, i was thinkin about buyin one. pretty dang cool little rigs. but anyways, does the tin top make them a little more top heavy then the soft removeable top? also, is the jx model the one with the bench back seat?
