Just swapped my wrangler for a Ranger, who got the better deal?

I had a 90 wrangler with stock axles, a spring over lift and worn out 39.5" tires. It needed Ball Joints and drove like crap. But it was a Jeep with a hardtop and did run good.
The Ranger is a 96 and Dana 60's have been swapped into it front and rear with 37" worn out tires. It drives better than the Wrangler so far, but its kinda rough too.
