G80 14 bolt diff VS 40'' tires

i just got a G80 14 bolt 10.5'' rear diff and i am wondering if it will hold up to my 40'' TSL superswamper boggers with a 383 stroker making around 425hp the diff is a ff with 4.10 ratio
