need help and info for 1997 suburban 1500 tire clearance and lift kits

hello. i have a 1997 suburban 1500 4x4 with 3rd row seating, and the 350 chevy. im looking to give it a lift, i would like to lift it six inches. probbully 3in body and 3in suspension. i cant seem to find any way i can lift it 6in cheaply (under 800$) if somebody could find me something like im looking for cheap i would apreciate it. also i wanted to know if i could run 33in tires without a lift. thanks
