Best 383 set up??

I'm building a mud truck and I'm wanting to put a 383 stroker in it but I don't know what the best set up would be. The truck had a tbi 350 in it and I would like to stay with the tbi setup but I'm not sure what heads work with it and what cam to get or anything like that. Any suggestions would be great!
