BUILDING A SWAMP BUGGY OUT OF A 4X4 ATV?.. EASY HARD?

i just got a 94 sportsman 4x4 in off trade on cl, it needs a new top end so i have it all pulled apart. now to make a swamp buggy out of it do i just take the body off so its just frame weld on long poles (if so how high is safe?) then extend the throttle and brake lines and is there a way to put a steering wheel instead of handle bars? any tips on how to do this or if its worth it? its a 400, piston looks ok so imma switch out the rings since it was only 75psi and put new better seals on it and hopefuly itll fix the top end. what size tires can i put on and still push it? will 33's fit on the bike after the lift? like will it push them? has anyone ever built one out of an atv frame if so pics?
