I want a solid axle, simply cuase I have no use for the TTB, and solid axles are easier to lift. That being said...

My F250 already has leaf springs in the front due to being a 3/4 ton. So am I correct to assume that all I have to do is pull the axle and TTB brackets out, and put in the Solid axle? And ofcourse use the steering parts from the solid axle.

It bolts to the leaf spring anyway...so is it really so cut and dry?
