need advice... want to lift a 2011 dodge ram quad cab.

I wan tto put a lift and new wheels and tires on my 2011 dodge ram. My question is how do I find some one who is great to do it in my area. Located just outside Orlando. What size lift, tires should I go with? I want to keep the factory ride as close as possible. Should I replace shocks? Thank you for any help.
