I have a 2001 chevy 1/2 ton it had 265/75/16 tires and 3.73 gears, I have upraded to 37/13/16 tires and 4.10's, and having trouble trying to figure out my speed, does anyone know a formula to figure it out?

I would suggest you get a re-calibrator, They are reasonably cheap and easy to use.
just input your old and new tire size and gearing, and it will reset the computer to give you your actual speed.
