Recommended Transmission for V-8 Upgrade

I have a 1993 Wrangler that I building. I have a Chevrolet 4.8L engine that I am installing in it next. My question is, what would be the best automatic transmission to install with it. I put a TH-350 in my last project when I installed my Chevy 350. I had great luck with that set up, however I am not sure if some of the newer transmissions might work better with the newer fuel injected engines. Any advice would be appreciated.
