hello

my story is kind of long so bear with me.
I had a 95 gmc sierra that i did a solid axle swap to. i recently totaled the truck and scraped it. i saved the front axle and tranfer case(both out of a full size 91 blazer). i bought an 01 silverado 1500. After pomising myself this was just going to be a home depot run around truck with no modification what so ever, i began chopping off the front suspension. the axle is a dana 44 10 bolt passenger side diff with 4.11 and eaton posi and warn lockers. the transfer case is a np241 passenger side drop. the problem i am having now is after everything is bolted up the truck will not read speed, will not get out of 2nd gear.

Now having told you that story heres my question.
Is there a transfer case out there that has a passenger side drop, all the wiring harness hook ups and be able to bolt up to the existing transmission?

I figured it would be cheeper to buy a new transfer case then to buy a new axle, gears, carrier, hubs, wheels...

i know i can call advanced adapters and get any adapter i need. and i'm not to worried about gear ratio's. my main concern is having a working speedometer and a transmission that shifts out of second gear.
