91 Chevy 350 in a 85 CJ7 Crank no start

I put a 91 Chevy 350 truck TBI engine into my 85 Jeep CJ7. I have a new coil and distributor. I'm getting power to the coil but none out when the engine cranks. Any ideas.

I think my Tachometer is bad. I read that the engine would start if I unplugged it. Sure enough it started. It was good to hear here it fire up.
