also will the door and hood of a 82 fit onto a 75 cab?

Yes to everything, but the hoods. The '73-'79 hoods have the vent built into it, where as the '80-'87 hoods do not. Becarefull of the cabs. 2wd and 4wd are different. The transmission humps are shorter in the 2wds.
